If you have registered your OCI card based on your spouse, you will also need to provide the following:

If your spouse is an Indian citizen, provide copy of the Indian Passport of the Spouse OR
If your spouse has an OCI Card, copy of the OCI Card and Current Passport of the Spouse
Consent/Declaration letter from spouse (Provided by us)

If a single parent – a court order that confirms that the guardian has rights over the child
